Lenny Kravitz/Slash "Always on the run" riff
-> Go to part 1

a|---7--5p4---5--5-5p2---------|
e|-0--------0----------3p0-----|

This second ending of the riff involves a tricky stretch. If you have problems doing this stretch you can either try playing it like this...

e|-----------------------------|
b|-----------------------------|
g|-----------------------------|
d|---------------0-0-------0h2-|
a|---7--5p4---5------2---------|
e|-0--------0----------3p0-----|

...or practice stretching for a while. The best way to do this is by practicing the "problem intervall" higher up on the neck. So instead of playing this over and over...

e|-----------|
b|-----------|
g|-----------|
d|-----------|
a|--5-5p2----|
e|--------3--|
Try to do the same intervall higher up - to start "softly"... e|-----------|
b|-----------|
g|-----------|
d|-----------|
a|--12-12p9--|
e|---------10|
After a couple of days/weeks you will hopefully be able to do this.. e|-----------|
b|-----------|
g|-----------|
d|-----------|
a|--12-12p9--|
e|---------10|

...and so on. Gradual and slow are keywords here!
